What data we collect
Form data. When you send an inquiry or request the price list, we store the details you enter: your full name, company, e-mail address, phone number, message and the details of your inquiry (for example the place of dispatch, the quantity or the area).
Technical data when a form is submitted. The page from which you submitted the form, the website you came from, campaign tags in the link (UTM), the country determined from your IP address, and the type of browser. This data shows us which pages and ads bring in inquiries.
Clicks on contact details. When you click the phone number, WhatsApp or the e-mail address, we record only the type of click and the page. We do not link this data to you.
Purpose and legal basis
We process form data in order to reply to your inquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). We process technical data and clicks on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep data
We keep data from inquiries for no longer than two years from our last contact with you. If a contract results from the inquiry, we keep the data for as long as regulations require, for example accounting and tax regulations.
Processors
The website and the data are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which provides hosting, protection of forms against spam (Turnstile), cookie-free visitor statistics and e-mail notifications. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on to others for advertising.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking and does not store data about your visit in your browser. The Cloudflare Web Analytics visitor statistics work without cookies. When you submit a form, Turnstile protection checks that the form is being sent by a human and, in doing so, processes technical data about your browser.
Map and WhatsApp
The Contact page includes a Google Maps map provided by Google Ireland Limited. When the map loads, your browser sends Google technical data such as your IP address, and Google may store its own cookies in your browser. This processing is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
The WhatsApp buttons open a chat in WhatsApp, provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. The message prepared by the price form stays on your device until you send it yourself.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@nrr-pro.eu. If you believe that we are processing your data in breach of the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec, www.ip-rs.si).
